    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup rice flour (substitute with corn or potato starch/flour)
    1 tbsp old bay seasoning
    1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    Maldon salt to finish

    Watching all these new cooking videos has my boyfriend learning to cook. He's 32 years old but, I'm here for it. I get up at 4 a.m. for work every day and don't get home until 7 p.m. I don't feel like cooking when I get home. I'm ready to eat dinner and go to bed. It's refreshing to have a home cooked meal ready, even if its burnt some nights. 😅 lol

      @@pathmaker2337 No, I'd have to argue it's a basic life skill there's really not a good excuse for everyone to not learn, lol. Living off of take out food all the time (though delicious) just isn't healthy or financially plausible.

      No u cant cause buttermilk has properties that tenderises meats that are submerged in there regular milk doesnt have those properties

    recommend the smallest squid available. 3/5 T&T is the best (T&T I believe refers to tube and tenacle). give yourself a break and cut with a sharp scissors. I am adding a beaten egg to the buttermilk and cornstarch and corn flour to the flour.
