The coating was clumping and fell off in the oil. Still, tasted good. The sauce is niiice.
I added some shrimps for different flavour.

Its not as easy as it looks, the oil needs to be hot enough, otherwise the flour and seasonings will fall off the calamari
1 calamari per person hahahhahah.. I eat like 600-700grams alone :(
