I've been watching a lot of Farmer videos during the last 7 years or so! I've learned a lot! You Farmers are some pretty amazing folks!!! Especially those of you who chose to go into the Livestock Business!! I'm sure you've got to have a steel-lined stomach!! I'd have to run outside your barn and find a place to puke!! It's barely a few minutes and he's trying to stand!!! Gotcha a Bobby Calf, eh?? And he's the 1st birth from your young Cow there!!
@@RedneckSpaceman Thanks for watching! There are days that the farming lifestyle isn’t easy. However when you see the new calves on the ground running around and playing! It makes it all worth it. I hope you enjoy some of our other videos as well! Thanks again for watching!
When the calf is born, it exits its warm mom out into the real world. So we will say mom is 100 degrees inside. The outside temperature was approximately 40 degrees that day. So it would naturally steam.
Because it's a bit chilly there, the Calf is very warm & wet so there's going to be mist/water vapor coming off. BTW it's not steam. Steam is Water in its gaseous form. True Steam is invisible.
Love the way you inter act with your Animals looks really good i will be watching more
Thank you for watching! We feel that we should treat our animals with respect and love! Make them Happy Cows!!

What’s the go with the blanket on it?
We put blankets on the calves when they are a few days old, when it’s cold. Just to help keep them warm.
Why is the calf steaming?.
