CN Scarlett King is proven to be above Andrew Swanns Proposal, Andrew Swanns Proposal being a mix of all the community in SCP (Writers, Authors, Fans, Theorists, etc). Andrew Swanns Proposal being above SCP 3812 (Normal Branch) in which he is able to go up any Narrative he wants, in canon he has gone up the Narrative of actual reality. (Though even I could say that's complete bs since anything in fiction cannot surpass reality but just consider it canon for cosmology purposes)
CN Scarlett King has many forms
One of which is Tufto's Proposal
Tufto's Proposal is a mix of writers that formed together to be what you know it, Chinese Branch Scarlett King.
Meaning he is already above The One Above All, Pre Retcon Beyonder, Presence, Overvoid, Greg Freely, Tom Taylor, any Representation of Writers or Writer controlled entities are things.
Him being above TOAA and Presence already makes him stronger and already makes him more powerful than literally anything in Marvel and most things in DC.
Why did I say most things in DC? Because I haven't explained UWL yet, but I can surely say that CN SK definitely beats UWL.
CN SK being stronger than SCP 3812 is already proof that he beats UWL.
SCP 3812 has notably one of the most powerful hax in fiction, being able to Transcend Narrative.
What about UWL? UWL is a Narrative eater, can't UWL just eat the Narrative 3812 is in?
Answer is No, remember I said (for canon purposes) that 3812 is able to Transcend into our own reality, UWL is still stuck to fiction cosmology wise.
