He sure is. I was getting the signal for the one piece and like a dummy I gave up and went and set in the sun to warm up. The water is getting colder this time of year and I was freezing. Thanks for watching us.
Thanks. Here’s my view of that awesome day with Mike. Mike and I find 3 Civil War Relics #metaldetecting @gr8finds196 ruclips.net/video/pO2EMh3QeH4/видео.html
That uncrustable was the find of the day lol. Unbelievable day mike and Patrick was the man letting you have those pieces. Thanks for sharing this video
Yes it was. I had the one signal and gave up on it. and like a dummy I went across the stream to warm up in the sun for a minute and told him tp dig it if he wants. He just felt bad since I dug the breast plate and it was obvious it all came from the same soldier. Thanks again EZDiggin
Those were some awesome finds, the best of which is a friend like Patrick to give up such rare treasures for his buddy. That's a man who will find much treasure in life. That's just how that works. Enjoyed the video, thanks.
Such an amazing hunt and to find the holy trinity of civil war find is so special even if tinted with sadness, knowing it is possible someone list their life near that spot. The fishing lure was first made in the 1920's and I believe are still being made today using the same methods.
This was truly a special moment between you & Patrick. What a nice friend to do that. You getting emotional was felt deep. ❤❤ looked like everyone had a good day finding neat things.
Wow, Mike, incredible find! And so kind of Patrick to give you the buckle and box plate to complete the set. I don't blame you a bit for becoming emotional!❤
What an amazing find all three together, Hats off to Patrick for doing such a good deed in letting you have the other to keep the set together, I would put them together in a wall display case by them selves as a memorial to the soldier that probably died right in that very spot. Either someone missed them before or there could be other relics belonging to him there.
A soldier would have had the eagle breast plate on his chest on the leather strap for his bullet cartridge box. The buckle was for his belt and the other one was on his bullet cartridge box flap. he must have actually fell here and something bad happened for there to be all 3 right in that spot. Thanks Bold Lion!!!!!! God bless you
Beautiful Largie Raymond found! Awesome Tombac! WOW, what a breast plate!!! So beautiful! Congrats Mike! That's crazy Patrick gave you the other two pieces! Insanely great video, thanks so much for sharing. Keep up the great work and days like that are what this hobby is all about!

Glad you had a good day.
I have found CS buckles and USA buckles, VMI buckles, and soldier rings, but since they did not wear them very long, no breastplates. Good job!
