I would like to add that the luminescence is not due to Uranium being radioactive it is to do with its elections. I do not know if you go caving with Chigg but there are some really nice luminant minerals out there. All the best.

Mike, we find shards from time to time. I have seen display cases build with black lights with dish ware collections and it is gorgeous. We have also heard to save all of the broken shards as people purchase it for art projects. Very cool.😀👍
