Thanks man, glad you’re enjoying it 😊 Don’t know too much about pickles auction unfortunately, but they do have a lot of ex-government vehicles go through. Our advice is also inspect if you can.
If the commodore was cheap due to bashed up interior maybe could have been an opportunity to fix up for profit if engine, transmission etc and rest was in working condition. nice vids as well
Yeah unfortunately even non running, dodgy interior commodores are selling for ridiculous money. I believe that one ending up going for $15k + Auction expenses, which is a big gamble on a car that wouldn't start haha. But don't worry, we're gunning for an SS Commodore! 😏
You want a car which is dirty, ugly etc or even a bit of panel damage, invest in repairs and cleaning and make a profit. Most dealers don't want cars which aren't a quick flip. If you got time on your hands, buy something as I mentioned.
Completely agree, there are quite a few bargains out there that are in need of repair. Unfortunately with the challenge we’ve set we’re also trying to be quick with each flip. Otherwise it’ll take a very long time to flip to a Lamborghini 😂
@@Project_B Hey that's so true brothe,r many of these bigger sellers will have a couple cars having work at the same time and if you can budget, have the work done professionally (outsourcing) and still make money. eventually it becomes passive income when you have people doin the work for you.
Tire tread & a reasonably small rust spot is the last of your worries shopping at grays 😂
That ASMR of James getting into these cars though 😩👌
Only Fans for ASMR auction content 🤔😂
Buy a s13 should be able to find one for that budget and is a easy flip
I like your thinking 😏 hope to see you out at our meet 😍
If the SS was any good I don't think you'd get it for your $12k budget in the ridiculous market we have at the moment anyway.
Yeah would have been a stretch. We were hoping with the state of the interior we could get it relatively cheap
Hope you got your sticker as well 😅
Hi guys, I'm enjoying this journey to your Lambo. Just wanted to ask what your opinion on Pickles auctions cars was. Are they reputable?

The person who did those modifications and repairs on the commodore looked like they had zero experience on how to fix the electrics, lol!!!
Yeah the only tool I think they had was a hammer 😂
They used the hammer while drunk...
