HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has endorsed the route of the Dubai Metro Blue Line project

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE, Ruler of Dubai, has endorsed the route of the Dubai Metro Blue Line project. The 30-kilometre new line includes 14 stations, encompassing three key interchange stations: The Creek, Centrepoint, and International City 1 Stations, along with an iconic station at Dubai Creek Harbour. The line is projected to serve 320,000 passengers daily in 2040.

Hope there will be feeder bus services along the route so that people of DubaiLand, the villas & arabian ranches 3 can also use the blue line effectively.

Doesn't look like there will be larger cars and longer sets needed for the increasing passenger load each train in the system is already carrying.
Also the "Blue Line" seems to just be extensions of the Red and Green already in service. Unless we have to transfer trains?
Hopefully the new stations will have more fare gates, escalators, and crowd flow. Ideally using island platforms. The original system design seems like it was an afterthought if not nuisance for car-centric Dubai, and overcrowding is now reaching dangerous levels.
