Very impressive layout well done.. And wow does the LRC engines sound good ... I can almost see my self in the engine room starting them up. Just missing the smoke ..... Congrats to all in making this suburb model
Wow! They finally fixed the Transporter after all this time and beamed the LRC to our layouts. Great job on the LRC it was well worth the wait and congrats on Chris' layout could not have a more fitting and superb layout to run the LRC!
The first time I was in Montreal in 1993 I saw one of these zip by at 100mph. Quebec doesn't require sounding horns at road crossings and this thing zoomed by so fast, I derned near soiled me britches. Le Wow!
Oh good grief, Jason turning 40 is not his entrance to senior citizenship, lol! At least not yet. Still has a long way to go. Jason should make Captain before 60 (hopefully). Anyway, the LRC locomotives and passenger cars are impressive! The layout is an absolute work of art. Jason....you're on the USS Excelsior? That old girl is still in service during the ST-TNG period? That's a tough ship, lol! High Greens guys! - AntonioFP45
+rapidotrains Ah, that's fine by me, although it is very nicely made either way. Well, that is a good sign for this loco then! Good luck with the project!
+joe Hi Joe! The LRCs had brown interiors when first delivered, and we included these on the first run. They were refurbished with green/grey interiors in 1992, and we included those on the second run.
Very impressive, especially the sound of the Alco (ok, ok, I know it's Bombardier but it's still an 'Alco' engine) model 251 V16Back here in Portugal we have Bombardierr MX627sś (an M series export version with two cabs) that uses the same engine, ansd it's just like that

Fabulous. It evokes fond memories of LRC testing and development. Can't wait for the APT

You should make these great LRCs again
One day...
Wow!! Awesome layout and LRC. The announcement's French accent is so authentic I can smell the poutine in his breath.

Nice:) Very very nice layout Chris. The LRC too of course.
wow what a layout!
Isn't it gorgeous? I think it may have been taken down since then.
Wow!! Is this in Mtl? Can we visit etc..Very impressive!!! Très beau et captivant!!!
I've been looking everywhere for a LRC locomotive with no luck
eBay is probably your best bet, but it’s possible there are stores with them still available.

Beautiful. My next purchase is a Rapido budd train.
I do remember taking the LRC when it was new,had a footpad and hand pad to open the doors between cars automatic.
Are these 21 pin equipped?
Aw, what a shame it's sold out, would be a lovely addition to a UK layout, LRC UK tour 2016, perfecto :0/
You should see the Franklin and South Manchester...
👍
Fantastic system....
Very well done! I'd love to get one at some point.
Does the model tilt?
Thanks! Unfortunately it doesn't tilt. If you can find one, grab it. Everyone has been sold out for a long time.

How come my passenger car seats are gray color, and these ones are brown?

Thanks, I just wanted to know.
Amazing layout
R.I.P. life savings
I see you don’t make those loco models anymore
The LRC locomotives were released several years ago, but this was a one time production. They may return some day however.
you guys need to make a via rail version of a via rail (915)
Very nice unit and very good running did you know that Rapido translated from Spanish to English is Fast
you should make the LRC a train set
nice video

sweet.
Via rail is my favourite train company to Jason
Saw one for $599.99 at a flee market, too bad my wallet couldn't handle it, would've been complete with my lrc cars.
Contact Van Horne Hobby in Laval, Quebec. I bet he has some left. They also have 6917 at the Toronto Railway Museum in the gift shop.
Awesome :-D Make it so ;-D
And to be super realistic it goes so so effing slow.
