This is the 2nd time BOA has had a 5dayer, the 2021 had bands on Weds, this year is just extra for entry. Midgard is most definitely open on Wednesday. Bring on the jousting! 🤘😁🤘
We camped in Jotunheim last year and it was quiet but in a good way. Midgard is for the party people, Ironwood seems like a nice mix of the two. - Gibby
Things do get a bit rowdy, but we've seen quite a few families there before, and everybody is super friendly even when they're being loud. Quiet camp would probably be your best bet because there's a strict noise curfew at midnight - Gibby
@@TheAltVaultYT sorry I don't think you're correct guys, pretty sure all sites are open barring vip/access etc. it's just that Midgard has stuff happening in it, according to Vicky and Adam and the website itself: Headbangers who have booked a Tangerine Fields pre-erected tent package (located in the Asgard campsite) can also arrive early on Wednesday from midday by purchasing the Early Arrival add-on ticket. Standard campsites include Asgard, Valhalla, Midgard, Ironwood, Jotunheim, and Hel, plus for families and those wanting a quieter camping experience, Ragnarok. Vanaheim will also be open for those with campervan tickets.
Just watch out because they have sniffer dogs this year, they took my medical edibles but everyone inside was smoking weed constantly, I can understand harder stuff not being wanted or it being enforced consistently but it did put a dampener on the day, you are of course free to drink yourself into oblivion which I prefer not to do
