These retail at $299 in Australia but I picked up a pair for $169 and couldn't be more satisfied. They're very comfortable and sound excellent, as well as being well built, have an app for eq adjustment and come with a soft case for transporting them. I compared them against the similarly priced Sony 710s that were also on sale, but much preferred these because their bass wasn't overpowering and they can be folded down, unlike the Sonys. I highly recommend them for the price and they're a massive step up from my previous JBL E55BT headphones.
Hi. I was just wondering if you can use these with cables? Does it still need power from the batteries? Even if you could turn ANC off? Momentum 3 and Sony wh-1000xm4 are expensive.
I got these yesterday to replace my Bose QC 35II because the Bose would not charge up after 2 + years. I am somewhat concerned about how to get used to using the little controls on it while they are on. The buttons are so small but maybe that is how most headphones with controls are. I didn't use them on the Bose except for the on/off easily reached on the side of the right ear. The Sennheisers sound better than the Bose from what I can judge so far. Better price. The fit it rather tight while the Bose was a bit too loose.
Want to make these headphones sound 4 times their price? Connect them to an iFI Hip DAC/Amp with the included cable and then to your source and you’ll get blown away by the sound quality. I also play my music on my iPhone using Equalizer app for more control.
I bought the Sennheiser 450 SE which is the same thing. Really wish I would have bought something else. The sound quality is not that good and when you make calls, the microphone is not a noise canceling microphone. The people you're talking to can hear everything around you even when you turn off the voice thing in the app. When that thing is on everything is just amplified in your headphones. They really suck

That price is already a good bargain for a Sennheiser. And wow, that 30 hours playback.
Qualcomm aptX Low Latency also works well in mobile gaming like PUBG. That's a cool feature to have.
