How many children do you have because when i had one, it was a lot easier to clean. Now with a newborn, i cant deep clean like i used to. But also feel like i dont have the energy at 39 to "clean freak" like my family would call me
It was a sloowww process for me to start getting back into deep cleaning. I have 3 kids! 9 , 7 , & 3. I had to take it day by day. & choose days that work for me. I do have my husband that really helps me out. Either he watches the kids or once he is at work & my 2 eldest are at school. I can go into deep cleaning. My biggest advice is to take it day by day. Do things slowly & don’t feel like you have to get everything done the same day. You are your own schedule & own worst enemy. Treat your self with kindness & rest when needed! 🙏🏼💗💗
