Apparently there are none. Am I right? :D Maaaaan, I remember the first time I saw what I suspected was a young black journo trying to work for The New York Times. I ain't even kidding. I was like "Brother, yuh need a little work." He mighta been 19 for all I knew. Know what I'm saying? It really just looked like his spell check wasn't working. No cap. He was GOOOOOOOOD. But not perfect. Lol. I remember when my buddy Cole thought our school paper was so bad it was blowing his mind. And he was furious. So I traded him up with some of our various styles that we employ and these are pretty big trade secrets where if they fell into the wrong hands really could create a genuine terrorist-dynamo. And so that's why we investigate instead of invade people's privacy. And maaaaaaaan, you know I've been miced up for like 25 years. This is why I live such a saintly freaking life in my 30s and honestly there ain't no shame in my game. But yeah sometimes you just have to go somewhere really new and cause a big freaking scene. For me, it was Japan. And what craaaaazy timing.

@@user-fk3wu8fo7d well will you at least ask him for me
No; I think T-Pain hails from Tallahassee, FL, hence the "T."
Hi just btw, the Quartering Act allowed British soldiers to stay in barns, halls and abandoned buildings, but NOT every day peoples homes. This was a common misconception told by the sons of liberty which made the act so unpopular, but to reiterate it was not actually true.

whos having a cup of tea while watching this?
Thanks
I forgot this. Had to have a refresher.
I shared this because of idiots comparing looting Target to the Boston Tea Party.
Except this shows that America was founded on rioting and looting, even if the circumstances are different, it doesn't change that saying these people are wrong for rioting over constant racism, yet the colonists rioting due to a tax increase is okay is extremely hypocritical.
@@jish55 The tea company that benefitted the most from the tea tax had something to do with the tea tax. Target, Autozone, and other business that have been vandalized had nothing to do with George Floyd's death.
The nationwide riots can't be compared to the Boston Tea Party.
O how history is repeating itself all over the country right now 😩
Not quite. The businesses that have been targeted had nothing to do with George Floyd getting killed. The tea company that was targeted actually had something to do with the tea tax that got approved.
@Joseph Montes yep like getting taxed on their TEA. bro black people have been abused by cops in America since god only knows when, and you say that taxes on TEA are more important that human rights.

Amazing, it's really helpful
actually tea prices went down through the tea act, the issue was that the colonies were forced to buy tea from england
No, were forced to PAY TAXES. It wasn't about tea. The Rothschilds wanted their money. If you follow the money, they took over America in 1913 with the creation of the Federal Reserve.
Thank you so much for this!!!! This helped me wright my essay for American Revolution/tea act!!!!! I wrote it in only 25 minutes ur the besttt!!!💛💛
I think every single modern day politician needs to study the Boston Tea Party especially with current events as they are.
It depends on the politician. A lot of them are bought by China loving corporations. (The enemy are not the Chinese. The enemy are the corporations.) I think its good that many of them stay stupid in hopes that someday smart ppl will take over and reform government.
@@NoOne-kr4jc agreed however I think it would be wise to look at the Chinese govt as one of the many corporations

I learned more from zac Efron in 3 minutes than 12 years of history class. Think about that
Im confused, if britain started selling the tea to the colonies themselves at lower price, why did that upset the colonists? Perhaps this is backwards, and the merchants buying in london got low prices and britain decided to simply cut out the middle man.
It might've been because they were creating a monopoly on tea. So, eventually, the prices would rise.
I'm here cause my gf wanted tea. Our cruise turned into a history lesson for her.
Great job
Stamp Act of 1765. That propelled the whole No Taxation Without Representation bit. Just sayin. lol
As a Brit I had very little knowledge of the Boston Tea party, after watching this I can see why the colonist's got so angry. As a tax paying worker I don't mind paying tax on the 2 jobs that I work as it pays for my childrens education and for the much under pressure NHS a service that gave my nan a new hip no charge, that delivered my children no charge and is treating my fathers cancer no charge. But if I have to pay a tax on my beloved tea there would be trouble. P.s when I say no charge 1/4 of my wages goes on tax so it's not free, plus I pay for all the people who choose not to work and contribute to the services they use.
Kevin Lewis If the British empire wasn’t to be so greedy it might’ve never broken it’s own back.
@@JohnSmith-oe5rx All empires end, Roman, Ottoman British, the British empire ending was just a natural thing.
Kevin Lewis A natural thing of it’s greed, if it didn’t treat it’s colonies as bad as it did and if they were to satisfy the people the British empire still would have a say in the world today,
@@JohnSmith-oe5rx
The British empire did end but the commonwealth continued which was a fairer solution to the domination of countries outside Britain within the empire. The human world is no different from nature we all want to survive and thrive, we in the first world exploit the third world to live our comfortable life not much difference from an empire?

black folk were taken as slaves in the 1770's but tea was a problem :| ok...
not trying to downplay your point but tea was not the problem it was the tax on tea
owo while the white folk were complaining bout the tax on tea, black folk weren’t getting any pay at all, so what’s the real problem here?
@@deeqatv9816 Of course slavery was a bigger issue from a general modern perspective, but both the british and the americans didn't mind it and the black slaves didn't have a say in the matter, so at the time it wasn't a major political factor.
Black folk were taken as slaves by other Africans. Slavery started in Africa by Africans. Slavery was also the norm all across the world in the 18th century.

What do you think would have happened if the British government had repealed the Tea Act after realizing how unpopular it would be in the American colonies?
They couldn't afford to. The Tea Act was issued in an effort to save the East India Company because the East India Company was so financially essential to the british economy at the time that the entire british colonial empire would have started crumbling if the EIC went bankrupt.
As much as americans try to represent the british as merely greedy, to the british there were larger things at stake.

This wasn't about tea. It was about paying taxes to a foreign power.
And the foreign power element is why people are wrong to compare the Minneapolis riots to the Tea Party. Target and Autozone aren't connected to the cops who killed George Floyd. Plus, the tea company that played a role in the tea tax was based in India and not anywhere in the modern U.S.
They weren’t foreign. They came from the same place and the got greedy and killed for it. And they still run this country with that same force. If we telling the truth

The great chase fiasco
The 'old navy
Isn't it the colonies' duty to pay taxes to the mother colony. I mean, the price of tea was lowered and when taxes counter it out, it's still the same price it used to be. The americans are not free people, they are a colony. They are supposed to follow what their mother colony says. I understand how it's taxation without representation but I think the colonies were just an angry mob influenced by our founding fathers (who were policital and manipulating people). BTW I am american, I'm not making this argument because I'm english
