kristen stewart always looks like she got ready 8 hours ago and is now sweaty and tired. her hair is a disaster, run a brush through it once in a while. I really do not get her appeal. her performance is being lauded in this film simply because it's better than the twilight movies. pretty low bar. there is an essential inaccessibility to her acting which never quite disappears.

She pushes way too hard when discussing On the Road. This film, much like the book, is over interpreted and glorified. Kerouac was good writer, but kind of a disgusting human being. Same goes for Neil Cassady. Both men were dead before 50 due to bad life choices. Nothing heroic about either death. They succumbed to their addictions. Listening to Kristen gush about these men demonstrates a naivete that is frankly nauseating.
