  • Welcome back! Today, I'm smoking a beer can chicken with a twist-using chicken broth instead of beer. This recipe is perfect for the whole family!
    Ingredients:
    Thyme
    Rosemary
    Parsley
    Garlic
    Goldee's All Purpose Rub
    Olive Oil
    We smoked our chicken for 2 hours and 45 minutes using Maple, Apple, and Cherry woods. The result is a juicy, flavorful chicken that's sure to be a hit at your next BBQ.
    Instructions:
    1. Set the smoker to 325°F.
    2. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with Goldee's All Purpose Rub.
    3. Fill a can with chicken broth and add thyme, rosemary, parsley, and garlic to the broth.
    4. Place chicken on top of the can.
    5. Smoke for 2:45 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
    6. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
