I have no idea why it took them four hours to remove their IVs and intervene. That’s absolutely insane. And in every trial I’ve done, the second I felt uncomfortable or didn’t want to continue, I could stop. Were they not listening to these men? We know he lost his finger tips, his toes & part of a foot, but we don't get to hear his version of what he experienced. How he felt about being so severely injured by this trial or weather he believes trials like this one are needed. A lot of the trials lead to saving lives. They don't want to discourage people from getting help because scary things happened in the beginning. The last trial I joined I wasn't actually allowed to participate in because I was too young. They were figuring out the proper dosage. Too high and it caused joints to melt, but it showed promise in other trials with lower dosage. Trials have risks and that's why the known risks are stated and you sign waivers before you start. The new trial had took into consideration the critiques of the London Trial such as: Using a much lower dose (Already dialed back to the 500th, and .1% of that), injecting at a rate at least 40 times slower than in the previous trial (which is likely why the tests with primates was successful), and likely many other things that were not mentioned in the documentary. "CYTOKINE STORM" that "leads to a cascade of activity, with cells attacking tissue leading to organ failure, inflammation, high temperatures, a very nasty outcome ..." was determined as the adverse reaction at the 29:00 mark of the video. At around the 43:00 mark of the video, the survivor's body damages mount, can take up to 6 months for some organs to manifest affects.
SPOILER ALERT for the following: At the 48::33 mark states "In the Human trial the drug was administered ten times quicker into the bloodstream than it had been to the monkeys".
At the 50:56 mark it states, "The report concludes that the adverse affects were the result of "an unpredictable biological action of the drug in humans". It further states, "A further more detailed independent study followed" then the blaming and finger pointing follows. At 52:32 it states, "2009--PARAXEL settles out of court" "All six men received undisclosed amounts" "But scientists couldn't explain why TGN 1412 acted the way it did:.
At 54:26 it states, "An independent report into the TGN 1412 Trial made twenty-two recommendations to improve the safety of first in man trials".
At 55:22 it states, "It is now recommended that high risks trials take place within a hospital with access to intensive care." And a few minutes later, the final outcomes (watch to find out). This may help us understand the current issues with the now "mandated vaccine & boosters" and how it is exposing millions to untold health risks and possible end of life.

@@comtaar2245 And that is how we will never get new drugs. This was monoclonal antibody therapy for leukemia. It was groundbreaking in 2006. We now have Regeneron as a therapy for COVID. It is monoclonal therapy done via IV over the course of an hour. The only real concern with the trial was having all participants go at once. The fact is, side effect profiles are also identified through these trials. So the initial complaint of a headache wouldn’t have sounded too many alarms, because it’s a known side effect. As the last man stated in the video, without human trials, they wouldn’t have had the drugs to help the cytokines storm. And without their sacrifice, we wouldn’t have Regeneron now. Currently, the only approved drug for COVID treatment. Regardless of whether one is living within their means, we still need human trials for new drugs. How will leukemia or other cancers be studied if we don’t have human studies?

@@Goldenretriever-k8m just to add a little perspective, animal trials also benefit animals. Any treatment, vaccine, or medication your beloved pets have taken or needed to save their lives are only possible because of animal testing. There are rules and regulations on animal testing that keep animal wellbeing and fair treatment in mind and while we would all like to find a solution to avoid animal testing, at this point in time it is not possible for most things. What is truly important is making sure that companies and universities are transparent with the veterinarians and organizations involved in monitoring animal testing. making sure we enforce legislation that supports animal wellbeing in labs is first and foremost. I am forever grateful to the animals that helped get approval for the medications that have saved the lives of my pets. And as someone pursuing a career in veterinary medicine, I love animals with all my heart, but I am also aware that without animal testing many animals would suffer horrible deaths (both wildlife and pets). I hope in the future we can find a way to mimic biological systems in order to reduce animal testing overall, but I promise many in the field are very focused on reducing suffering, rather than inducing it.

This entire video was like watching a horror film for me. My heart was practically racing the entire time. Then @ around 35 mins started reminding me of alot of the symtoms my mother was going through right before she died. And we still don't know what caused it. Her entire body filled up with fluids, so much that it was leaking out of her skin. They gave her an IV that only made it worse. When your kidney is failing and you can't pee the fluid has nowhere to go. All of her organs started failing. They put her on a ventilator hoping it would help, she only got worse from there until we eventually decided to pull the plug because that is what she would of wanted. The meds they were giving her to keep her blood pressure up were turning her hands and feet purple too and they said if she's on it for more than a day she is likely to loose limbs because of it. (This just happened this past Christmas). They thought it was septic shock at first too or some type of an infection and ran a ton of tests plus treated her for it. But never had the chance to get any of the results before she passed. My mother did not want to be saved if it meant her quality of life would be drastically different/bad so we had to honor her wishes. But this story has so many of the same symtoms. She was in sooo much pain like they were and so swollen from fluid and organ failing, meds causing other issues just to save her life. I'm glad we didn't drag that out for her even longer and I'm glad she is at peace now. I try not to remember her the way she was at hospital. I miss her so much!

The dose was too strong and it was injected too fast. They did all of the men almost simultaneously. When the first patient started having adverse reactions they waited far too long before getting help and actually doing something to counteract the effects of the drug. Also as soon as patient one started having problems they should have unplugged everyone else. They were worse than guinea pigs.

    • @Annabelle78
      @Annabelle78 3 года назад +8

Because side effects in one person would stop the trial altogether. That participant could be the ONE person who experienced a side effect and therefore the other 9 participants would be shut out and never experience a single symptom (numbers are given for examples sake… meaning 10% have symptoms while 90% don’t). This is how these studies are done to rule out and record statistical results.
If you read drug facts, they have a “most frequently reported” list. Not ALL participants experienced diarrhea, constipation, nausea, headache, etc. Say like 3 people experienced headache, 3 experienced nausea, but 4 of those 6 had diarrhea. You need groups at the same time, or the study won’t work/be valid.

Wow, that was terrifying for those men, their loved ones and the medical staff caring for them to go through. Sadly no one knows how their bodies are going to react to even approved medications and chemicals, we're talking things deemed safe people, because even though everyones' physiology is basically the same it also very different from one individual to the next.
I have multiple chemical sensitivities, and when I was a respiratory therapist in the late 1990s to the early 2000s the hospitals were having a lot of problems with hospital acquired/spread of MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureusis) infections. MRSA is a difficult to treat bacteria that causes staph infections, and that's because the bacteria is resistance to all but the strongest antibiotics.
So in the early 2000s hospitals were putting hand sanitizer dispensers inside and outside patients rooms (everywhere) and hospital staff were strongly encouraged to use the hand sanitizer as an addition measure on top of proper hand washing to stop the spread of hospital acquired illnesses. Hand sanitizer was considered a safe, simple and relatively inexpensive way and extra measure for hospital staff to make sure their hands were clean and they wouldn't accidentally or carelessly transmit any infectious germs from one patient to the next.
Well, unbeknownst to some of us, meaning the hospital staff, hand sanitizer wasn't as inert as it was thought to be, because I began to having a lot of aching pain in both my forearms as well as stiffness and lots of pain in both my hands. At one point, before "I" figured out that the hand sanitizer at work was causing many of my physical problems, a doctor ordered blood tests, and one of my tests came back showing I had trace amounts of alcohol in my bloodstream, and that's without me ingesting any kind of alcoholic beverages, etc. for months. Hand sanitizer was enough of a chemical trigger/assault to make me hyper sensitive and ill from many chemicals around and in our environment that others aren't bothered by.
My point is this: we are surrounded be chemicals in cleaning supplies, in pesticides, in cosmetics, in hygiene products and even in our medications, and even though everyone's physiology is basically the same, we still all have unique and subtle physical differences too.

We are being told we have to take an injection now although it's still in trial. The concern on this trial is it's the monoclonal antibodies that senator Desanto is talking about in the USA. I think people should have blood tests before trying any drug testing.

-Lastly, blood tests are always done on the people participating in clinical drug trials, before, during and after, because that's how the researchers determine if a potential medication has any value in treating disease? Pre blood tests do not tell researchers if a potential new medication will be tolerated, hence the reason for needing human clinical trials.

I did a clinical trial a few months ago. The pay was attractive, and all I had to do was stay overnight three separate days to test a new delivery method of a well-known and widely used drug (midazolam). It was actually a very positive experience; I referred some friends for $50 extra and they participated with me. It was a little scary at first; constant blood draws, ecg tests, and the initial injections of the drug via intramuscular injection and an autoinjector. But overall, the staff were very kind and kept us well informed. I cannot imagine being in a similar setting but everything goes wrong and you’re faced with death like these men. I’m certainly glad I’m watching this AFTER my trial.
