This man can put more soul into one sentence than most of Nashville can put into a whole album. I have heard Chris solo, I have also heard him as part of The Steeldrivers. Turns out he does just about any kind of music well. Damn!

Frankly, I think some do a routine they know will succeed. There's no heart in it. That's what seperates Stapleton from the rest. He's having as much fun playing his music as we do listening to it.

@@leanne4242 you should really take a look at Skynyrd's B side stuff. And their lesser known tunes. If you think Sweet Home and Freebird is all they have to offer you need to take a real listen. The Song writing capabilities of people like Ronnie Van Zant, Gary Rossington, Ed King, Allen Collin, and Steve Gaines is some really incredible stuff.
