Maam good morning aap ka program dekha bahut acchha hai mein vitamin D, D12 deficiency se juj raha hoon age 32 yrs hogaya hai vitamins deficiency k waja se mera chest se niche ka parts pura nind mein hota 24 hrs iss k liye kya karna chahiye ma'am. Please help! Mein properly Nahi chal pa raha hoon mein ghutno k bal Nahi sit kar sakta hoon there is no pain but I feel there is no energy in my legs. When I get my blood reports then my vitamin D is 5 and vitamin B 12 is 120 only Maam suggest me how to overcome from this issue. I usually take proper sunlight enough water and food also but no any recovery please help. I'm from Nepal.
