    Mam mujhe nhi pta. kj mere PCOD h ya nhi mere last 7 July ko period aaya tha regular uske baad pura August nikl gya or ab September chl rha h pr abhi tk mere periods nhi aaye . Mam mein healthy khana khati hun ghr ka or mera weight 50 h or street food bhi bahot kum khati hun . Mam plz btao na kya krun or mam mere piles bhi h toh m kese iss problem ko thik krun homemade tricks se mam plzz bta dijiye mein bahot pareshan hun 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Eat fibre rich foods (vegetables like cucumber, brocolli, chickpeas, lentils), drink more water to regularize bowel foe piles. Do regular exercise particularly targeting the waist area. Also do cycling, jogging, brisk walking, some light yoga alternatively. Check your vitamin D levels also. Talk to a doctor for proper guidance
