Sitting here pondering my life choices. Your old Pete is getting air ride and my 2021 389 glider is getting ready a rebuild under warranty. I went against my better judgment and bought a genuine reman Cat and it needs a rebuild at 170k miles. Even more insulting is that the Cat rep who handles the warranty claims let me in on a secret.... all CAT remans are now done in India and China with genuine cat parts. At least my Detroits are all remanned in Utah, smh. Sanchez, the truck is looking like a dime, really love the flattop. Awesome vid, looking forward to more vids from you guys. Stay safe brother
What’s up? First time viewer today and I have been enjoying some of your other videos too! Trucks look great and I look forward to following along for more trips. I have liked/subscribed also. Take care!!
Hey good to see you guys again, I was looking at the motor, One day you should get rid of that twin turbo and single turbskee . keep up the good job, until the next one.
We adjust the air to whatever feel best for us. Too much air and it rides stiff and not enough air and the truck rides too loose. We usually run it around 40psi and it runs really smooth. Plus, we have friends with air ride that have leveling valves and they run it at 40psi also
If you want to be extremely technical your oil pump is right above that thing you keep pointing at AKA drain plug. So I’m thinking oil pump might be important.
Hey Brother, I love the fact you guys do your own modifications. I have been trying to get some cab & sleeper panels for my 2016 Freightliner Coronado 123 SD. Can you guys fabricate them for me? I want to take off the factory light panels and replace with some extended panels about 7 or 8 inches in depth. I would like for the bottoms to be bent in a 45 degree angle to install penny lights. Please let me know if this is something you all can do and we can discuss price. Keep the content coming!
We could definitely do it, the only problem is we would need to have the truck in person to get measurements and angles exactly right and to test fit everything.
I'm in Pooler GA near Savannah. I've been looking for a place to do some customizations like flooring, install seats, add interior lights, remove big horns from the roof, remove the APU system and clean up the back of the cab, as well as fabricate the cab and sleeper panels. If this is something you all would like to take on, please let me know and we can discuss how long you will need the truck and price.
I'm not a hundred percent sure? Only because of the axle sits further back and because the suspension is a little different on kenworth trucks. We will doing the air ride on my brother's W900 very soon and maybe the brackets we make for his will fit your T800 a lot better
I almost spit my drink out when you said your radio was ass ugly hahaha. Truck looks great. Do y'all do the front air ride for style or comfort or both ?
Looking good home good job. Pura vida loca. Local rides forever. Go cruising down the big Boulevard Style.🤙🏾👍🏽✋🏽💪🏽🙋🏽♂️😊😎.

Looks great you can get that bolt on the oil pan shaved and weld a plate there so it will go more lower
Yea, that's what I've been thinking about lately. It could easily drop another inch or two if I shave that bolt off
Good job. I like it.

Hey good to see you guys again, I was looking at the motor, One day you should get rid of that twin turbo and single turbskee . keep up the good job, until the next one.
Yea, I'm actually looking into making a single turbo, I'm calling around for different prices at the moment
Before you purchase a car hauler axel I'm pretty sure I seen a special oil pan for the caterpillar, that has a notch in that area.
Yea, I've been looking around for a different oil pan that doesn't have that bolt sticking out the bottom. It would definitely be a lot cheaper
I came out great. It looks really good. It's just a good lookin truck.👍
Thank you, really appreciate it!
Just a great job as always 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Thanks!
Yes sir cool work 👍
Really appreciate it!
Very cool thanks
How is it with just the single leaf? And issues? How does it drive? I am thinking of doing the same on my truck
Look good big guy
Looking good bruh 👌🏾 😎
Thanks man!
Hola hermano excelente video bendiciones para ti y para toda tu familia y tu trabajo
Muchas gracias!
I noticed the blocks were already removed from under the springs. Did you have to adjust drive line angle at all?
Looking good 👍🏾
Appreciate it!
How you know how much air to put on the bags? No leve valve?
We adjust the air to whatever feel best for us. Too much air and it rides stiff and not enough air and the truck rides too loose. We usually run it around 40psi and it runs really smooth. Plus, we have friends with air ride that have leveling valves and they run it at 40psi also
That looks good bro can u share all the parts info
Hey bro think I could get the part number for the bags and the air valve ? Flat top is coming out nice !! Been watching since the purple shaker!
The bottom bracket don't rub against the leaf when your aired up?
No it doesn't rub at all. I haven't had any issues with it
@Sanchez Trucking interesting I always bend them up so they won't rub when raised
Beautiful
Looks great
Does it have overinflate too?
Hell yeah!!! That looks firmé, you guys thinking of selling it as kit?
Thanks! And we're thinking about it, but we're not a hundred percent sure yet
If you want to be extremely technical your oil pump is right above that thing you keep pointing at AKA drain plug. So I’m thinking oil pump might be important.
Awesome 👌
Thanks!
Nice truck bro ! Been wanting to do that to mine , do you buy a air ride kit or do you piece it together ?
Hey bro I want to the front air suspension on my classic can you please sent me the air bags # and shocks and the solenoid porfa viejo

Can you get a different oil pan?
Yea, I believe I can. That's what I'm currently looking for at the moment
Would this bracket set up work for a Kenworth t800?

Is that 20 inch bumper or 22?
It's a 20 inch bumper
I almost spit my drink out when you said your radio was ass ugly hahaha. Truck looks great. Do y'all do the front air ride for style or comfort or both ?
Thanks and we try to do it for both. This way the truck rides smoother and we try to make it look as clean as possible
when are you going out straight pipes on
VERY soon!
So you don't have to have shims to keep the slant right. Don't that mess with your steering?
I added the shims a few days later. I forgot to put them on in the video
Thanks I wondered. Appreciate you replying. Where did you get the shims from if I can ask.
Add some Hoodsknz to avoid the squeaky noise on the hood
Sweet
Thanks!
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Drop visor and some stacks.
🔥👍🏽🔥
Hey what’s up bros how y’all doing much love

De-arch your front springs and put a body drop kit on it and you'll be dragging !
