Hi cinch , good to see rockingham is being driven on again , can you maybe open it up to allow events and to be used for motorsport and practice facilities, there are becoming less places to drive for any enthusiasts
That lap time was very impressive, considering this Fiesta beat a BMW with a lot more power 😄🙌

Hi there, thank you. We'd agree! :) Currently, the circuit is accessible to those creating content or hosting events. But we can't host track days at the moment. Watch this space though
Superb, at 10.000 subscribers is okay to do 1-2 tests of a car review on the track ? As in cornering Performance and much more. I’m asking for a good friend because he tried on the Nürburgring and was a bit crowded and couldn’t get much of His cars…

I thought Rockingham was dead and closed. Last time i looked into it it was just basically a car storage area.

I wouldn’t believe these figures I had mountune 215 pack and when put on dyno it never made 200hp
The 215 pack on the ST180 is awful. The 215bhp is only delivered for the first 15 seconds of full throttle. After that it’s 200.
@@DirtyCorn69 how often are you at WOT for 15-seconds without lifting?
@@mountuneofficial that was my explanation to him as to why the dyno read might be lower than he expected :)
However, yes, very disappointed with MP215 on my ST180 when I had it. I understand the whole consistency of it and the fact that it’s Ford warranty safe. However as far as stage 1 maps go, big let down.
@@DirtyCorn69 Ultimately the MP215 upgrade was always intended as a way of extracting more performance and character whilst keeping within the Ford boundary conditions and allowing you to maintain your base vehicle warranty - and it was one of our most popular kits, with many thousands of customers enjoying that performance uplift and the peace of mind that came with it... we're just sorry to hear that you obviously weren't one of those.
@@DirtyCorn69 yes I know most dyno read different to others but this dyno I went on was stop on don’t get me wrong I loved the way it pulls and drives the only let down was the performance side when it should be the 215pack it only read 199hp

Wonder how long until it cracks a cylinder…it’s already a problem that’s not been fixed for years by Ford and still a massive weak point on the 3 cylinder engine. Wouldn’t touch tuning it at all.
It has forged pistons and rods. Mountune recommend them to ensure maximum engine longevity.
@@massimocolaianni916 that ain’t going to protect the cylinders from going oval and cracking because they have gaps in between. its a problem on the mk7 as well.
Pumaspeed have a mk8 running 300+ bhp for 20k miles standard rods and pistons .
Not very fast in the real world power-wise. I love ruining these on the road! They just don’t cut it vs mapped German stuff!

@@u04pww2 Naa it's like taking a shit and trying to call it the Mona Lisa. When has an ST ever had any presence on the road, they're common traffic, no matter how much power you put in one, it's a Fiesta.
This is just slightly less boring than the standard washed up ST
