    can you make a video on tips to help deadlift grip strength. feel like its the main thing holding back my deadlifts

      Hold the last rep of each set for 10 seconds. See how that helps for a couple weeks. Then add timed holds starting with 50% of max for 3x30 seconds with 90 sec rest.

      Do you lift your double weight? Why don't you just use straps?

    sumo: grab the bar, pull down into position, get tight as hell, arms
    long, and just hold on and thrust your hips forward. easy peezy

    Those ultra wide sumos are the same as what the bench became in competition. How much can i contort myself for #numbers.

      this is absolutely not true. some people could never sumo as much as conventional, and the opposite is true.

      The winner of the competition is the one with the highest numbers so it would be foolish to not use the technique which helps you achieve the highest result if competition is your goal.
