What was the most you lifted in training and how did you go about selecting (roughly) your attempts before the meet based on training numbers? Also for your current cycle are you using your meet numbers are your training maxes? Would be cool to see video on this
Hello. Does Juggernaut have some forums where i can post this? Couldn't find anything and hence trying your RUclips channel: For those running Juggernaut 2.0, how long does a typical training session last? I like the structure of it: Power, Strength, Accessories, Conditioning but takes just too long. I did one with Sprints, DL + Calf + Hams, then a circuit with Burpees and stuff. 2 hours approximately. I recently experimented with a Weightlifting program from Glen Pendalay which has literally the same set up! (Principles after all are the same universally!) It has WL (Power), Squats (Strength), Some muscle building complex (accessories), Conditioning. I had to split it between 2 days. So how many of you find the J 2.0 template too long and how have you dealt with it? I have the kindle e-book and apologies in advance if it's covered and i missed it.
Thanks for all the help!!

You crushed it and can't wait to see what your next meet brings.

Let's go Brandon
Congrats!! Looking forward to use the app!
Grats man, great work ethic 👊
Nice work Brandon 🥳. Just wondering if you do much mobility work or massage gun / foam rolling?
I do a few mobility drills before lifting but only about 5 min worth.
Thinking about hopping on the app. Would you recommend it for someone in the advanced to elite level?
There have been several elite lifters make great progress with it.
Nice job!
🙏👍
In the video that's conflicting statments: were you M1 110kg or 100kg for this meet?
110 class but weighed 101
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems big oof
You squatted in flats?? How long you been doing that? Always thought you went with olys…that final deadlift was a great pull.
Last few years! I made a video on it recently where I covered the reasons I think it may be beneficial to go flats.
@@BasementBrandon thanx for the reply & will certainly give the video a look.
