Tellah rocks! He is hilarious! I love the way he gets in a rage! I also love the fact that as a character he is getting weaker and weaker it demonstrates his old age in a gameplay mode.
I can’t disagree with your list I love how you pointed out things other people never did. First I ever heard someone disrespect Tellah 😅 Also really great points about Amarant, he’s similar to final boss where he has no plot but looks cool
Personally I think the same about Edward, Tellah and Quina (I didn't find them annoying per se, but I don't like them very much). About NORA, well, I don't like them or hate them, didn't mind too much, except I think Lebreau is pretty. The one in X-2 I don't remember him, I played the game like 15 years ago but couldn't finish it. I like Moogles always, and in 6 Mog is one of the most powerful characters for me. Amarant, same as NORA, not like him or hate him, but he has a very weird design, that's true. I can't say a very bad thing of III, is true the characters are not very well made but I don't find it annoying. And sorry to say, but I like Vanille and Snow, not my favorite characters in the trilogy, I think that maybe are my 2 least favorite of the playable characters in the 3 games. I understand some people find them annoying, even I think that at the beginning of the game, but as the story continues I find some good things on them. Actually my best friend is kinda similar to Snow in some ways, and is great to have friends like this when one is on a bad time. About Vanille, she acts like this because of the situation, she doesn't want to show how she really feels to not worry anyone, maybe is not the best way to do it, but I understand her and don't mind about her voice, I have heared way worse things in some animes, maybe I am getting use to that xD. If I had to chose some characters I don't like (appart for the 3 I wrote above) it would be Cloud, Zidane and Vaan. I have to play 8, 10 and 15 yet.
It's Desch from the remade Final Fantasy III. He's constantly interrupting battles, swishing his sword about to do inconsequential damage on an enemy one of my mages was about to one-shot anyway. Just a show-off.
For me the most annoying charas are: Final Fantasy 8: Rinoa. You must save these damn bitch all time long! You can´t team here up for long enough you go futer in the game! Final Fantasy 8: Xell/Zell. He is also very annoying because of his characater.

Why Tellah besides his low MP? I think his story is pretty emotional.

I will always think of Zidane as an obnoxious and overall mediocre character. If he didn't have steal I would rank him under Amarant.
Its possible the DS version makes some of the characters seem worse, they are more exaggerated for sure.
