In the portal speedrunning community, and basically the entire source engine community, a command is only considered cheating if the commands is protected by the sv_cheats toggle, which the bind command is not. Other commands, like noclip and godmode do require sv_cheats 1, so therefore those are considered cheating. However, because “bind” does not require server cheats to be enabled, it is not cheating. On a side note, speedruns in all three glitched categories are complex enough to not rely too much on ABH

so, the ABH basically IS cheating, since you need the console to manage it..

You don’t even need developer console to do ABH, I’ve achieved it on console with a controller but it is significantly harder than pc
@@FatJigga65 though trying it without binding your scroll wheel to jump is shooting yourself in the foot
