Cool concept but highly unlikely, as the game ENDS in the ending cutscene. In that case not only everyone is burned and melted away, you don’t have torrent to move around 💀
@@gestalt7529Apparently ER was originally meant to have the world constantly evolve as u played through the game but they scrapped it. Probably cos the last gen consoles couldn't handle it.
@@anonisnoone6125 IIRC they mentioned in a recent interview that Elden Ring was pretty much the limit of how big a game from software is capable of doing, so I can see why big features like that would be scrapped
I love how Ranni's age of "Not fucking with the mortals" doesn't even show the outside of the Erdtree. It's just an age of "Yeah I'm not touching that" through and through.
@@Corvus460 Not exactly. Yes the darkmoon "takes over" but it is more. The dark moon took all of the elden rings power and is not going to let go anytime soon.
Considering that Ranni and us (Tarnished) is moving away from The Lands Between, this could be true. It could be interpreted as a "vortex" or a "portal" of some sort
I thought the same at first, but I'm starting to feel like it's a view of the universe, or the entire night sky in one shot, kind of like a high fov image. Or a microcosm the scale of the universe. You can see the core of a galaxy on the right of it (I used to think it was a crystal shard or something) What's strange is that everything in the moon is moving not towards the center, but slightly above it. And I think I can just make out a deep black sphere where they all converge. I think there's a black hole nearby the planet the Lands Between is on. The light of all the stars and objects is blueshifted, moving towards the observer, which would be odd if the entire object itself is a black hole. Perhaps this object is what everyone has been worshipping. The 'ruin' at the end of the procession of the stars that Onze foresaw Or maybe it isn't a black hole per se just a gravitational anomaly. Or heck, maybe the LB has a third moon that's literally just a black hole. Idk but something really weird is going on with Ranni's moon, more than we previously thought
@czupryndaniel Ymir's hat, for me at least, imparts the ideal that he has obtained knowledge beyond that of Ranni and the Carians. Especially since the hat says that the circular void is meant to represent the Greater Will. Makes me wonder if GW is supposed to be a black hole as well? Or perhaps it is meant to represent the void of space between galaxies where creation truly happens.
Damn, the crackling sound in the Frienzied Flame map is quite disturbing... Also, looking at it now... It may be just me, but it seems like the Frienzied Flame in the sky may be us. With how the Erdtree is looking, it looks like something burst out form the top.
That's why I never trusted her and her moon bullshit. Like it literally just looks like we've invited the Bloodborne Great Ones to take the reins of the world alongside a bunch of malformed stars, like Astel.
@@anonisnoone6125 nope, it's grabbing everything god-like and complete removing themselves from the equation. How did you even think otherwise, cause I think even the incorrect translation from the Ranni game dialogue doesn't give that impression.
By the way the Erdtree looks after the fact, the Frenzied Flame must have exploded out of it with considerable force. I imagine the Flame swept over the world in a giant ring-like flame, like a meteor impact (or an Exterminatus if you're a WH40K fan).
I wish Elden Ring 2 was released and we could choose the endings in the first game as the beginning in the second game and these choices would affect our progress in the game.
the lighting AND watching the destroyed erdtree from every place in the lands between AND your character with Midra's head = Absolutely metal AF, would love a mod like that
Huh... yknow... I never noticed before but normaly the erdtree looks like a weird spirit tree, its even see through in some angles. But in all Elden lord endings it looks like an actual tangable tree, glowing or not.
The Erdtree is only ever transparent due to rendering glitches. If you use the Telescope and zoom in on the Erdtree, it will immediately become solid again.
It baffles me how From/Miyazaki used resources to build special new maps of Leyndell for each ending and specially for the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending and you actually can't see anything from those maps during the cutscenes. I always believed that the destroyed tree part in the LOFF ending was a prerendered video (with the optional Melina ester egg) cause you can't see the played character there. Would have been awesome if those endings would perdure in the game until you jump into NG+ Imagine cleaning all the optional areas after getting The Lord of Frenzied Flame with the tree destroyed, the sky box in flames and the head of your character looking like Midra's head. Metal AF
I would pay good money to change the lighting and skyboxes to be whatever ending you chose. More importantly, I'd pay good money just NOT HAVE EMBERS FLOATING EVERYWHERE.

That's the sound of the torch lol, it literally started playing when he pulled it out.
Leyndell in the 4 Tarnished endings gives off major DS1 Anor Londo vibes with its spotless emptiness.

Frenzy flame ending looks like a van gogh painting 🔥
As someone with the fear of cosmic stuff, that first cutscene lingered way too long. When he finally moved on to Leyndel, I was like "finally!"
The moon reminds me of a black hole, looks like one too 🤔
Not a coincident? GW is described as a lightless void, or a black hole. And Stars are GW's children.
We need a From game where our actions have this effect on the world. Just like From initially planned. Do it!
