I recommend is if you want to use sweetener for kids are rock candy/ Kadhi sakkar, washed dates, dried, washed and soaked dates, washed raisins. Babies under a year is not given salt. Even though you may have started solid food for babies under 1yr, still the main source of their nutrition comes from breast milk, they get around 70-80 % of nutrition from human milk or breast milk. They will need around 24-30 Oz of human milk every 24 hours. You can continue nursing them on demand.

Its has sugar and starch...potatoes are also avoided by diabetic patients.and doctor also advise to avoid sugar till 2 years
