Yes exactly cow's milk is not recommended before 1 year .and ghee oil honey salt sugar all r avoided before 1 year

Cow milk is not recommended for babies under 1 year of age… It can mess with their gut health. Although I must say, the mother knows better, if it works for her and the baby.. Great!

It is heavy for baby stomach so plz give buffalo milk.. It is light for baby stomach.. Will digest easily
here doctor says give cows milk only after 1.5 years

Pls join Traditional Weaning group on Facebook. Very informative and good support. So much purees are not needed. First give hand mashed lumpy texture and soft cooked food. Baby will learn to chew. They don't need teeth to eat. They can very well chew soft food. With purees they only gulo and later reject food.
Also pls don't give salt and sugar before 1 year. Don't add so much dates and jaggery in food. Don't add milk in fruits baba.. soft fruits they can eat as it is 🙄
