Speed can’t be taught but even just off your plays picked he telegraphs when he’s going to make a move relative to his true stride. Though with that much speed hard not to LOL solid video! See what folks always forget when they talk speed and compare to Tyreek Hill is that this guy's legs are longer and skinnier than Tyreek Hills legs which will make him slower out of breaks and coming out of cuts, etc. The speed in the 40 may be similar but it's the quickness that a fast guy with shorter/stronger legs which separates them from the rest.
Patriots picking up Jameson William at 21 would be a great pickup after getting Devante Parker, Williams would get the chance to sit the first year to heal up
