You used to be able to browse mods by game. Like, you'd click on a game, and it would show that game's installed mods. Is that no longer an option? I see no such feature.
Sadly many have an issue (like me) with it still saying there is an error with the .NET version. I have the right one but it still insists I don't and thus I can't install any mods for any games as Vortex is broke. :(
Do I have to redownload my mods? I had a bunch of modes for New Vegas and Fallout 4 when i was using NMM but NMM wouldn't start up and was forced to download Vortex
@@Goofbert69 just don't use nexus, install the mod and put it in the game folder, you'll need to create a mod folder there and then other sub folders for the type of mods you have (for example "game->mods->parts/other"
Why would you make a tutorial with your mouse cursor invisible? Watching at half speed just to figure out wth you’re clicking on. Slow down and highlight your cursor, PLEASE!

Man I got to there web site, and was going to DL the Mod Manager, and DAMN it has SO MANY ad pop ups. I would shut them OFF, and tried twice to DL the Mod manager, which it would not DL for me for some reason, and ALL the ads came back on.. I had this once before on another PC and I DO not remember SO many damn ads. So I closed the window...
Hey I’m new to PC. After you download the mods, don’t you have to go to your folders and mess with all that extracting stuff?😅 This video makes it sound like Nexus does all that for you and makes it simple??
If you get vortex and do the setup you should be able to press the vortex button on nexus mods and it automatically sets them up do be warned vortex loves popping up dead center of your screen every download so downloading alot can get annoying
If I already have bug fix mods downloaded directly to the game files, then start adding mods in Vortex, do I need to download the previous bug fix mods through Vortex again?
How do you stop vortex from auto enable mods, I use Vortex for only downloading collections and make mod organiser 2 instance for that collection. For example AE++

Never download stuff to the C drive if that is the primary drive you have windows attached too, it will slow down your computer if you ever get it past the final 20%, try downloading it to the D drive which should be the next drive you have physically installed, and if you ever make your computer you will know it to be the larger of the two (assuming you didn't by another one), with the smaller one made for faster retrieval and right on the mother board
This one applies with the blue screen that appears from the nowhere while I’m playing that has sad face in the top and a message that says "your pc ran in to a problem and needs to restart"
Question: how do I install it by a secure way cause my computer crash and get ruined by doing this, so I need help to not this happen when I buy a new computer

Why does vortex show as offline? I thought I allowed it passed windows security but apparently not I guess

i downloaded mods for ace combat 7 as I have the game on steam, but whenever i click launch from vortex, nothing happens
it shows an error for the app and when i click fix it downloads the net file but says i have to re download the net file again

You skipped the most important menu in settins under workaround you can also make a BACKUP of Vortex!
tried to use a mod for final fantasy 12, but says the game is not supported even though i know for a fact that there are many mods for it on vortex
