I love every scene that Murray is in. To me, he is the funniest and most entertaining character on the show. He definitely has a Dwight Schrute quality.
I actually was one of the extras in the Carnival scene. everyone had to be dressed like it was hot, but hes right, it was freezing cold! I was one of the folks who stayed too and I was in that scene, doing the same actions over and over. It was really a fun experience.
Extremely memorable character!!!! Every scene with him I just couldn't believe how funny this guy was! Not even saying anything... omg the Neverending Story from last episode was so great but when Murray hears them singing and he's turning around listening and got this look like.. wtf???? Too awesome!!
I wonder too just how much of his lines are ad lib? Or at least lines that he helps write..

My favorite Stranger Things character of all time! I love paranoid but heroic journalist characters. Murray kinda reminds me of a crazier, gun-wielding version of Woodward and Bernstein from "All the President's Men"
