This car has so many issues I’m about to just trade it in😂 nothing more frustrating. My airbag light is one when slowing down, tire pressure light when they’re just fine, and change oil won’t reset.
Only some salvage yards let you remove it . Also, zip ties can be used properly, as long as the steering wheel is centered and the front wheels are aligned straight ahead. To avoid compatibility problems I did get the clock spring from a vehicle made the same year.
B1B0B is a code for the squib 1 on the passenger side. Usually this code can be generated by shorted wires or bad connections or a defective Module Occupant Restrain Controller or a defective airbag. The replacement part came from a recycling facility. The vehicle it came from was built the same year and equipped with the same options. I did not keep the part number but you can look at the video at 6:01 min. for a partial view.
Great video, very thorough. Thanks for making.

So I can go to a salvage yard and grab a clock spring off another unit as long as I zip tire the clock spring before removing ?
