How China escapes from the UN clutches on water affairs which was suppose to sign a water treaty in UN.Then what is use/ duties of UN. It means who has money & muscle power he can do anything and escapes. Really UN should reform in all aspects urgently. Further by listening your lecture on RUclips for average one hour I gain a huge knowledge without reading plenty of pages of different books. Please keep it up. Jaihind.

Very important and brilliant discussion ❤ My observation China can intentionally block water flow through Brahmaputra and start a water war. They are constructing a series of great dams over Tsumpo rever which is the origin of Rever Brahmaputra.
Karnataka already has this system of big sarovars to harvest rain water. And some of them are also fed through river water canals which also recharge the ground water.
Considering that the next wars could well be based on the availability of fresh water, especially in the Indo/Chinese/Pakistan scenario, this is a must watch episode. Thank you, Colonel Raina and Adi for an eye opening episode.

In case of Ladhak ,art. 371 will serve the purpose of autonomous district council etc that are in 6 schedule, because Schedule 6 will be security issue in future( insurgency) like in Nagaland, Assam Bodoland, Garo and Khasi hills of Meghalaya etc.
