** well im back in the kitchen with my typical bullsh*t and today I wanted to do something big.....truly MONSTROUS. ive been makin some pretty mean pancakes lately and wanted to make my dreams life-size. Milk + Vinegar = Buttermilk (I think)
Because there's no egg, in order for there to be a chemical reaction with the baking powder vinegar needed to be added. So if you use egg I'm pretty sure you don't need the apple cider vinegar, but it might make batters even fluffier? Just don't add too much because that shits nasty.
