Hi Bikash, just a comment, earlier you connected cloud 0 to ethernet 1/1 on palo and then you replaced to ethernet 1/1 interface with management 0 internet, that's why you got DHCP IP assigned, it took me time to figure out how you got it, but this was helpful. thanks

Hello Sir, Thank you very much for sharing this video!! I was able to boot up the PA. However, As soon As I turn on the FW the CPU reaches 90%. I dont know if I am missing something. Any idea will be highly appreciate it.

Hi Luis,
When we start palo alto the cpu will go 90% but after sometime it will come down. But you PC should have minimum 4 cores and 6 GB of RAM.
How to check the cores and ram. I have showed in my video.

I have done importing image as your guidline, but when i start the device, it stuck at below prompt, and nothing happens after that. I even did "unl_wrapper fix permission". The image size is same. Can you please help.

Problem statement : when i turn on the PA or any device it is not getting started or turning blue from grey
kindly suggest me naming is proper reinstalled 3 times still not working
1) make sure your BIOs has virtualization is enabled
2) Enable the same under Vmware >system acceleration .. select nested VT/Amdx

Sir/all, i successfully download file rename it but when as per standards but when i open my eve ip through Chrome and add node it not showing Paloalto 100 and like any devices, kindly help me out i just get irritated now. 😩😅
Thank you for sharing these informative videos, i followed all process but after successful boot up, i dont see any interface on cli, even management interface is not showing. anyone has same issue ??? i have panorama running on same eve environment and showing all interfaces.. i tried different versions but same results
same here. I'm able to use the gui, do a login but even if i add the ip, dg and dns i cant connect to anything from or to it. Its the only device that is not getting the ip by DHCP from cloud so it must be something related to this device only. Have you been able to solve it?
I have every component working but one thing I have not been able to solve.
Poor network performance from Windows 2019 qcow images.
I’ve tried the Virteo network drivers. Didn’t help.
Note EveNG speed test from command line pulled several GBS per second.
But Windows running inside eve isn’t more like 56K. I mean it’s unusable. I can’t even download chrome browser as it takes hours.
Is there a solution to poor Windows performance for networking when running inside Eve-NG??

You can connect the server directly to cloud0 so that internet would be faster.

FYI, when adding the cloud connections to the firewall, be sure the firewall is stopped!
Yes in eve-ng community version, but eve-ng pro version it is not required

Username and password not taking admin admin after multiple attempts ... Even i tried after 10mints also .. it is showing login incorrect... Any idea abt this

Thanks for the video but I can't go further .The password is not accepting .I waited for a hr now. But still it stuck in "old pwd" then "new pwd" then "confirm pwd" ,finally back to PA-VM login:
as you mentioned we need to wait for 5 min before we enter credentials to PA. After waiting for 3 - 5 min, PA is rebooting

the palo alto machine is now in the vm. I am able to see the machine but when i click it and wanted to start the node, it doesn't start.
