I made this dish just a few hours after watching this video. I used a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Peas, corn, carrots, green beans. It was delicious! I will keep this in rotation! Thanks! Blessings!👍❤️

Thank you, thank you! This was just the recipe I was hunting. I remember making this years ago, and wanted a refresher video. I did it exact, except omitted the sour cream, and veggies. I love just the straight condensed mushroom soup on top. I cooked it for 45 mins. , at 350. Rice no where near done. Bumped it up to 375 for 20 mins., and oh LAWD! Perfection!
The rice was soooo good and tender. The chops melt in the mouth. Wonderful mushroom flavor throughout. I also omitted the cheese, though I’m sure it would be delish, but that was not how I remember from before. Though I may try that next time, or when I do this with chicken, which is also a wonderful variation from the pork chops. This is such an easy, go-to meal, that can be adapted to your own taste. So glad I found your channel. Your dishes are so easy, and fun, anyone can cook along side you. I’m subscribed! God bless you & Sam.

I haven’t tried this with rice, but it sounds easy and delicious!😋 It’s similar to shepherds pie but rice and pork instead of potatoes and beef. I’ve made similar using chicken with biscuits on top and no rice or cheese, (chicken pot pie) I have to try it this way...Love your channel!! God Bless🙏
