You took it, too personal, putting hi temp grease on sliding metal on metal parts prolongs it's operation. I'm a ASE Certified Brake & Suspension Tec. It was just a teaching question. No negative comment.

You never pinch the brake hoses
this is how I do it since about 25 years ago it is rubber material, easy bleeding n nothing happens, thanks for the visit I appreciate it very much.
Then why does snap on make a tool for it?
