- You can easily make homemade noodles without using a pasta maker. All the steps to succeed are done by hand. The dough is simply spread with a rolling pin and then cut using a knife. I'm going to show you how to make them.

Noodles for 4 people:
500g wheat flour
1 tsp salt
22 cl water
Cornstarch to spread the dough
I'm never buying noodles again!! This is just perfect. And my toddler will love helping with the dough.

So many other complex recipes out there, and they all have unique textures to them using science and such. But these are my favorite. They come out so hearty and filling!

22cl = 7,5 fl oz or also 1 tablespoon + half a tablespoon.

what can you use instead of cornstarch?
cassava flour
Rice flour
Definitely not wheat flour
So for for an american what does 22cl mean? When I convert it to ounces there is way less than what is shown.
I believe cL would be centiliters, and if that is the case, that equates to about a cup of water (.93 to be exact).

bbyxmelanie tapioca flour/starch. Pretty much any non gluten flour will work since you don’t want to add more gluten to your dough
Definitely don’t use flour that’s for sure. 👀 I just made that mistake and am certain was the cause for the ruination of my hard work.
