    This was a great lower body workout. I usually dread lower body days, but this had all the moves I enjoy and even the ones that were meh were fun because I was doing them with Sydney. Her motivation really is key to a great workout.

    I'm glad Sydney mentioned that subscribing is free. I often wonder about all the people who join here regularly but aren't subscribed - there's no obligation and it is free. That's what Royal Change is all about. But more subscribers means the channel will keep growing, which is good for all of us!

      Same here! Was super excited all day yesterday b/c it was leg day today! I can remember doing a wall sit a couple of months back & literally crying & legs shaking uncontrollably. Not so much this time around & it's a great feeling.

    Just about 8 weeks postpartum and that was so tough but I'm also very proud of myself and feel so much stronger than I have since I started working out again 3 weeks ago. I'm taking it slow but I can't wait to feel stronger again!

    I'm 8 months postpartum with twins and I have been working out again for the last 4 or 5 months but this Arise program has me feeling like my strong self again. I feel my mobility and flexibility coming back and my muscles getting stronger. You helped me lose 70 pounds prior to having my twins so hoping that I can get back to that self with your new programs! Loved this workout!

    My goodness that spicy burn kicked in real quick today!!! Sydney did not come to play with us y'all she is bringing the heat with this leg and glutes workout! I see the strength gains in my legs and glutes...the wall sit I was able to pulse out with my medim band on, on my toes for the last 30 secs at the end! My legs are completely toast for the rest of the day! Time to stretch and recovery for sure!!! 🦵🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🦵🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵💦💦💦💦💦💦

    Man, that was a tough but GREAT workout. I’ve been slacking the last 2 1/2 weeks, and this was just what I needed to get my butt - literally - back into gear. Glad to hear Sydney say it was one of the hardest lower body workouts in awhile and knowing I pushed myself the entire time. As always - thanks Sydney for providing these and supporting us!

    DANG IT this was TOUGH! I'm working on getting back into workouts since having a cold in January, and this was a challenge! I was so grateful when Sydney said it was the toughest for her, too, and that she's proud of us! Thank you for pushing as well as encouraging us to live a healthy lifestyle! Praise God for this day and the ability to workout

    That tip about controlling your core and not using your back muscles to help during the glute bridges made them so much harder! Great workout and always so useful to have reminders about form. Thank you Sydney!

    Holy mother of all leg and butt workouts! !! Many times I thought there was no way I could do 3 sets, but with your great motivational talking I kept going- I didn't give up on myself. Sure made that awful struggle face several times, but kept going. You are amazing, Sydney! !!! Thank you

    I crushed today’s workout and I feel stronger. Tomorrow morning, I have a follow up appointment with my podiatrist for my right foot and ankle. I’m hoping to find out good news and I can take another step forward with my long recovery from the February accident.

    Holy guacamole. Postpartum Sydney has been so intense. Just goes to show how POWERFUL moms are. 4 years postpartum of my twins & have been working out here consistently for 3 years now. LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU! Crushed it. Loving the pelvic floor focus being mentioned with breathing! Blow out through a straw, was the first step to me healing my Diastasis recti. 🙌🙌🙌

    It’s funny how we initially dislike the things that are difficult (legs days 🥵) until we put in the effort to get stronger. I now look forward to the good, burning challenge of lower-body days 🥰. Thank you for this INTENSE workout, Sydney! I CRUSHED IT ❤️!

    This was an awesome leg workout! So far I have lost nearly 2 inches of fat on my thighs and gained a pretty amazing “posterior”. Not bad for 40+. Thank you Sydney! ❤

    Before I found your workouts I had the childcare barrier and I struggled to stay consistent for years and was so unhappy. I've been doing your workouts now for a little over 2 years and you have completely changed my life!!     I was intimidated by a 45 min workout, but it was great!! On the steps ups I focused on not swiveling my upper body while stepping up and I felt amazing!

    Didn't have the best night last night and woke up just in a gloomy mood with the thunderstorms coming through. This really picked me up today.. thank you💪❤
    Have really been enjoying being able to do the Friday workouts a day early with the new calendar format since I rarely am home on the weekends to do the Saturday workout!! thank you Royal change - keep doing what you do best !!!

    WOWSA Is that still a word? Yes! Hit those #35 for the glute bridges. Brought it and burned ! Thank you Sydney Stay Positive. There are always Ursula characters swimming around to try to bring negativity- Sydney is positive, inspriring and I am so pleased with the strength, fleibility and mind set improvement over the last 2 plus years. Yes of course I have gotten rid of 15 pound of excess- it is the strenght and mindset that are key so this has not been a yo yo for me that seems so good. Great coaching!
