What a superb way to wake up on a grey Sunday morning in Glasgow. There's no better musical description of a sunrise and sunset than this magical piece. Those horns, led by Tim Jones, sound wonderful, as does the rest of the orchestra. Bravo LSO!

Well, the orchestra ought to sound wonderful now that one of the World’s best conductors is at the helm. 😊

Such an atmospheric piece, beautifully delivered but don’t Neilsen and Sibelius demand a full set of strings, instead of each section being reduced by one desk?

Beautiful. Richard Wagner would be pleased in the grave.

I humbly present the 3rd and final movement of my Piano Concerto No 2, a boisterous jaunt through a fugue, which becomes a gigue, slows down to an arabesque type dance, and then becomes an all-out romp, and that's just the preview! Hope to lift your Autumn spirits! ruclips.net/video/hkrpFBQdxjw/видео.html Thanks!
