Nice concepts but the reality is that 98% of people who have the intestinal fortitude to even start an exercise program fail. The reason you don't have the beach body you desire in your dreams is because you are too lazy and unmotivated to do what it takes to get it. Plain and simple.

He used how different cultures look at death and how that belief either made you sad for missing the deceased or happy by the belief that you were fortunate to have known the deceased. An amazing person he is.
