Hi Dave, love these videos, they bring the racing world full of things the average biker at home wouldn't know about into our homes, absolutely fascinating info. Thankyou for taking the time and effort to do this for us, wishing you and your team the very best of luck for this season, I'm sure it'll be a cracker!
Good evening Dave…….it’s insane how many little details go into getting the optimum out of a superbike…..the bike looks superb in its new colours already, top work…..I can imagine you got the pangs for a TT entry, but can’t wait to see Tom on the old girl , see what she can do….👍👌🇮🇲
No Dave why'd you give up the tt! Obviously a personal thing but it's how I stumbled across your channel but love watching all your vids and your build vlogs just get me itching to build another race bike! Love your work!
Brilliant vid about the Honda and the new sponsors and great colours of the rapid bike hope the preparation goes well and testing for you all and Franco too good luck lads
Thankyou for the detailed explanation of all the trick parts. As you say, its in the detail. Hope the Spanish testing goes well. Say hi to Boastie for me. Steve Morris
Great insight Dave as always! The racing is in your blood no matter 🔥 Looking forward to BSB 24 with you, the team, Matt & of course, the super talented Franco🚀
Exciting times ahead, Thank you for putting out these episodes Dave. It's realy interesting to see what goes into Bsb, TT, And all things in between. Looking forward to sharing the 2024 journey💪
Thanks for the update. Nice to hear things are shaping up. Must admit to a wee pang of hope when I saw your TT bike and twinge of disappointment you're not riding. But I know you have to do what's right for you and just hope we get to see some behind the scenes stuff from the TT. Maybe even more since you'll have loads of time now...😉
Thanks Dave for all the updates and info. I will be following your progress from here in the US. Best of luck to you and the team for a successful season!
Gratulations to the super superbike!😊 I'll take your obsession logo onto my modified rsv4 to prepare the german market for genious technical racing improvements from GB! Good luck for 2024!✌️
I'll keep an eye out for the RS660.... and I'll be making sure every nut & bolt is tightened - I'm sure they will be ! Make sure the tyres are visibly marked to their rotation. Wish Julian and Tom the very bestest.
Thank you Dave for another great episode fingers crossed for the upcoming testing and race season! Hope all is well and I’m sure you’ll be just fine at the TT this year! Cheers from California!
Love the channel Dave have watched you many times I love the way you present them always comical which always keeps me interested I have a very short attention span but not for your videos love them that’s why I have subscribed and hit the black bell to catch all of them I’d love to come see you at snetterton in march when you have test sessions what dates are they and watch you in Brit championship I’ll be keeping an 👁️ on you take care ride safe as you can I am a motorcyclist but on a triumph rocket 3 gt not a sports bike I’ve finished with them I’m 63 now body dosen’t like it bye for now 💪👍🙏
Hiya Dave Obsession Engineering Dave I'm new to your channel and love all of your fantastic achievements Congratulations 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 May I ask how did you learn so much mechanical knowledge please ? Kindest regards Simon Barber 😊
I did a mechanical apprenticeship at a large local company, which was an excellent start. And because I like mechanical things, I've tinkered and fiddled and learnt as I've gone along too
dear expert's , are this glue-stickers or true low.-/high beam front lights ...and can a rider get in the top ten with this extra wight at 360km isle of man drive ? - good luck ✌️☘️
Nice bike but it's a long, long way off a standard machine. Surely, there will come a point when the expense of changing everything will kill the class in its current form and there will be far more standardisation.
The stockers are much closer to stock... But even those are on different electronics, suspension and lots more. It's definitely not as close to production as it used to be
How long must it take to remove the fairings.... I could have the fairings and rear cowl/seat combo off w/in minutes .. even the radiator .. you'd think since Honda /HRC developed this iteration of the CBR as race bike first, road going second, they would have made it a bit easier to get inside ..

There will be a tuono update, promise!
Hi Dave, what’s happening with Martin and the roads this coming year?
He's doing a lot more of his own prep, but I am helping a little when I get chance
@@obsession_engineering well as long as you’ve got something to do Dave, wouldn’t want you getting lazy, or distracted
Nice bike but it's a long, long way off a standard machine. Surely, there will come a point when the expense of changing everything will kill the class in its current form and there will be far more standardisation.
Surely that what the super-stock is for Dave showed us the superbike

No quiz question for Rob? I pronounce it the way the Slovenians say it Akro-po-vich
Nice
What are the white plastic cubed-shaped bottles at the front?
Fuel and water overflows
🧿
Would you sell akrapovic exhaust?
Not at the moment!!
