Super easy and delicious gluten free no bake dessert in 5 minutes with only 2 ingredients! Anyone can make this quick and simple dessert at home! You don't need any special ingredients to make this dessert. Your family and friends will be delighted with this dessert! It will melt in your mouth and everyone will ask for more! Very delicate dessert that will appeal to both adults and children.
RECIPE: (makes 5 mini desserts)
60g (6 tbsp leveled) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) juice
Sweet juice is the best for this recipe: such as mango, pineapple, guava, peach, apricot, multivitamin juice, fruit juice mixed etc. I used pineapple juice. You can also use sour juice such as orange juice and add sugar or honey to your taste. You can use fresh or store bought packet juice.
Store in the fridge in the silicon muffin cases for up to 3 days.
