- If you are looking for easy and tasty no bake dessert idea then you should definitely try this delicious and easy peach dessert cups that will melt in your mouth! Only few ingredients, without gelatine and without eggs. Perfect dessert table idea for birthday parties, wedding, baby shower and any kind of celebrations or simply a treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
RECIPE (makes 5 x 220ml)

200g vanilla cake or muffins (half a loaf (pound) cake) I'm using Madeira cake aka loaf / pound cake
1 tin of peach slices (250g (1 cup) drained weight)
50g white chocolate
100g (1/2 cup) cream cheese such as Philadelphia or any other brand
50g (1/4 cup) sweetened condensed milk
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
Zest of half a lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh mint and Glace cherries for decoration (optional)
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
