Thank you for the reasonably detailed video. One minor note, for Teslas you must set regen to recover energy when slowing. For the Taycan and most every other EV a blended braking system is used and thus you need not have the car slow down when you release the throttle. Simply pressing the brake pedal will perform regeneration. This is visible on the speedometer dial by seeing the green bar grow as you slow down as opposed to the blue bar when you speed up. The Taycanis unique in the amount of regeneration energy it is able to obtain, up to 265 kW can be reutilized and Porsche claims over 90% of your braking will be done with regeneration.

Thanks for you comment, Bob. Lexus have brought out an all electric car - the UX 300e. I was meant to film it, but couldn't get the time off work unfortunately. You're right though, it won't be too long before all new cars need to be electric.
@@Galaxy89cars I meant to say we also had a new Mitsubishi PHEV but sold it back to the dealer within a year as it was a waste of time for our business of airport transfers. It would take around half an hour charge, if there was a vacant working charge point, for just 25 miles electric travel. During this time we would have to pay our driver to wait. Regards, Bob M. There is an option for Active Lane Keeping which will do assistive driving intended for motorways but also works on B Roads. In the USA, I use it on freeways and it's very good. Use in conjunction with ACC or Porsche InnoDrive to do speed management. Handles traffic very well.

Panaromic roof looks cool but you loose the cross bar on the roof which decrease torsional rigidity
