I feel like Wigglytuff would be a lot less annoying if it had fairy wind or quick attack or something like that. I'd ACTUALLY use it (I hate charm like most people lol). It's actually one of my favorites from gen 1 but GBL makes me hate it 🤣. Same with Victreebell before Magical Leaf. 15:49
It's got some decent bulk and it's part normal so it resists ghost. If it had a faster fast move you'd actually be able to use the bigger attacks and use either icy wind or swift as a bait move. I think it could make a cool skill based pokemon if it didn't have a fast move pressure attack.

Or it could be interesting if they buff the energy generation to feint attack. I few pokemon have that move too that would benefit from it
It's one of the things I wouldn't mind getting Rollout...if it didn't have Icy Wind.
