Done the valve seat work as well..... Engine is bone stock.... Just did a rebuild.... Costed 15,000 to do it and 8 hours of work.

    i dont recommend hammering those large crankshaft bearings to crankcase. those bearings needed to be press for more safer way you may damage the crankshaft, at the same time the bearing... heated gun will do also to expand the mounting diameter so that bearing will just sit on it very easy without effort

      Oh yes! I checked that too. I am going to try the tail tidy thing soon for my NS. Since you have promptly replied and know the bike inside out. I had this friend who installed a HHO kit into his Pulsar 220. He said his fuel economy has improved and there hasn't been any issue to his bike. I am still not convinced on his claims and the long term effects to the engine. Can you throw some light on this issue? Because there is not proper information available and people who do put information are Noobs, not pro like You.

    Hey buddy...I came here after the ns200 rebuild video...I thought you must an engineer who has a done Masters in Automobile or mechanical...I'm quite shocked that you're an arts student...and same time quite , but hell lot of impressive🔥🔥🔥😊
    1 -first of all how did you gain such an extreme knowledge , I mean you're on another level
    2 -as I'm in 2nd year Automobile engineering , I'm curious to know that , I'm planning to rebuild my dad's 24 year old HERO HONDA CD100...so the Piston's rod is slightly bent
    3- my splendor pro which is well ridden 30k km started to making noise ... probably the chain sound or tappet sound ...so my mechanic told me it's the chain..and it needs to be changed...but I don't want to do so ...is there any shortcuts available???

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  5 лет назад +2

      Thanks a lot brother for the appreciation... It means a lot to me.
      Now coming to your first question....Well that's a really big of a story and i won't be able to type that much so i will make a complete video on that after 100k but for now i can tell that online fourms + youtube + 4 years of hardwork, fun and practice and many many silly mistakes made this possible.... Coming to the second question i think you should rebuild the whole engine... You can still find spares for the CD... it's a bit difficult but not impossible but it's gonna be harder in the coming time so do it now... Repair the crank... Get the connecting rod changed... Put fresh seals, bearings, cylinder kit , valves and stuff and she will be as good as new from the heart.... Coming to the 3rd one... It can be tappet and timing both but if he's a good mechanic and saying it's the timimg then get that replaced cost around 500 rupess and you don't need to remove any critical engine components to do that... Just the magnet side cover and a few nut of head and the timing chain will be replaced.... That's the only right way to do it or if you still don't want to do so then you can watch a video on how to remove timing chain noise by "master mind tech" channel.... Cheers and again thanks for the appreciation.

      @@JeetBhaskar bro bro .....as I mentioned...you're literally on another level, whether it's answering such long questions or making a hell of a bike !!!!
      And thanks bro especially for the 3rd one ..I wasn't thinking of the cost..but it was the engine which was making me feel anxious...I thought it's kind of premature to open the engine and change the chain...but trust... I've never ridden it past 55kmph...even I do own a Duke 250 but the care I've been taking of the bikes are precious...some of my friends who own a splendor , rides 40 on 2nd gear..but still nothing happened to their bike...
      Again thanks for advice 🙏🙏👌👌👌

    great job bhai
    but,Torque wrench use karna chahiye tha engine ko assemble karne ke liye aur company ka instruction manual bhi usme sab bolts ke required torque diye hue hote hai jo ki engine ke liye bohot hi important hote hai.

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  5 лет назад +1

      Thanks a lot brother... Bilkul bhai i highly agree with you lekin maine mere level pr poore india ke bajaj SVC ko call kr dala tha kisi ko koi clue bhi nhi tha ki workshop manual kis chidiyaa ka naam hai... Or bina torque figures ke torque wrench kisi kaam ka nhi tha to maine fir nhi purchase kiya... Saare bolts maine idea se hi tight kiye the or sab perfectly work kr rha hai.. koi bhi leakage ya bolt ka thread damage nhi hua but still torque wrench jaisi accuracy possible nhi hai... Iska ek recent example batata hu vaise to is pr 1 full video aayegi but short me khu to meri home location shift ho gai or jis friend ki ye bike hai usne SVC se tappets adjust karvaaye the to mechanica ne uske head cover ka 1 bolt overtight kr to or uske thread slip ho gye so it's really important to use torque wrench but as i mentioned earlier, due to the lack of workshop manual, i had to rebuild the motor without it.

      Not much but if somehow the rtv manages to get inside the oil lines then it can cause low fuel pressure

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  6 лет назад +7

      It depends on how it was built by the mechanic.... A good mechanic with great knowledge and some clean hands can easily match the same performance but if not done well.... Than it will decrese the power for sure.... How the engine will performe just depends on the skills and quality of the work.

      Jeet Bhaskar bro can u pl specify

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  6 лет назад +2

      Mojo has bad brakes and looks bad as well in my opinion and Bajaj is worse when it comes to word reliability.... It vibrates a lot.... 2017 NS 200 has got a tonne of issues....the dominar is far better than ns but CBR 250 is the king when it comes to refinement.... I know people who have done more than 1 lakh kilometer on their cbr and still running like new and honda is well known for it's engines anyways..... What else you want me to explain ?

    • @Raghavendraprasadbm
      @Raghavendraprasadbm 6 лет назад +1

      Jeet Bhaskar that's it bro, just wandering to get some satisfying answer now you convinced me.
      was waiting a long time to decide between these 3 bikes, if u say thats honda is good then it cent percent true.

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  6 лет назад +1

      CBR has proved itself when it comes to reliability.... But be careful.... I haven't tested bs4 unit yet.... Not much has changed with the bs4 but try to get in touch with some bs4 owner or just go to the ownership thread of cbr on xbhp... You'll find some bs4 owners there and you can get to know their experiences with the bike.

    Hey I need help! My pulsar ns can't cross 120 kmph for some reason. There is no issue with spark plugs or air intake or exhaust. I have even showed it to several Bajaj mechanics they told me to change clutch plate. I changed clutch plate along with clutch cable. I think the issue might be related to engine! Please help! P.s. Amazing video.

    • @JeetBhaskar
      @JeetBhaskar  6 лет назад

      Check both your wheels.... A bad wheel bearing can cause such issue.... Check if they moving freely.... Keep your chain properly adjusted and lubed.... Even then if this problem occures.. than it has to do with the engine.... This problem should be related to air fuel tuning... Now keeping in mind what you said if it's not intake or exhaust issue or clutch issue than it can be a cdi problem or if you think your bike's engine is performing well than it can be a bad speedometer.... Engine related it can be worn out piston rings..... Check if your bike drops engine oil frequently.... If no than get a compression check done... There can as little as a afr screw tuning to as big as worn out piston rings... I can't comment just by reading the issue.... Change the service center.... Get it checked properly... Check the points i have mentioned.... I am sure you will find the problem.... Thanks a lot for supporting brother 😊

      Jeet Bhaskar well I have already changed the bearings and chain is well maintained but i think the bike alignment is slightly off and can it be a problem with tappet? A friend of mine told it's making more noise but seemed normal to me. Thanks for your help ❤️
