I am having a hard time in this area..when I know someone is stopping by I snap right into hyperfocus and everything is spotless. And in the midst of buckling down, I get this moment of clarity of why was this soooo hard. I forget that this is partly a patience and focus issue. I need to listen to this episode a few times. Thank you for this.
Omg, what really hit home was when she talked about keeping shoes just because they look good in the closet. So true!!! Love the show and this interview!
This is exactly what I need. I started to declutter my room and office yesterday and today. It was crazy how much stuff I have because I attend these beauty conferences where I get lots of free products. I had to clean it all up and organize it today. So, getting these mirror neurons to work as I watch this to continue organizing this weekend.
I had no idea clutter affected humans like that. I was actually making up my bed when you guys started talking about clutter . Making up my bed everyday is my challenge for consistency. It shows where im at as far as that Dx but wow. I have some clothes i need to work on getting put away.. Thanks for giving me yet another reason to clean things up !
OMG this episode came to me at the perfect time. Shawn and Chalene, thank you for this gift of insight. I have been struggling to clean out my bedroom closet for a long time, and as each day passed, the more cluttered the closet became and the more anxiety I felt about letting things go. Now I have the right mindset and motivation to let those items go. THANK YOU for the clarity.
This was such a great episode that will benefit individuals, couples, & families. It’s also a great reminder to reflect on our intentions and motivation. Thank you for being a great model of health, but also as a man, father, & husband! You add value to the lives of others in many ways!
I AM holding onto the past! I love The LORD. I’m just having a hard time letting go of my relationship with my husband of 30 years and I NEED to let go of some of the good ole days… God help me to let go of the past and move on.🙏♥️
Loveee, Loveeee, Loveee this interview..Been following Chalene since her turbo jam days back in the day. She is a wealth of inspiration and knowledge, the two of you together is a Wow factor. Loveee n light sent to both of you
Thank you so much for the enormously productive and tip-filled interview! Btw - it's not "cheesy" to make the bed together with your husband. It's lovely.
I love the interview but I have a problem handling the moderator´s comments. Wow, that´s incredible. Wow, you´re wonderful... Ugh. Anyway, she says a lot of truth that you don´t even realize. Good one.
Clutter and chaos also pours over into your finances. Second time listening to this. Great stuff!
