Not really.. It's mostly white people..
As Blacks we have a sense of being accommodated not belonging in the Social structure and superstructure of South Africa. Underline accommodated, Tolerated, .If there is progress, why is it that only Blacks in SA are the only ones crazy about Reconciliation day. Until the White community and their civic groups take a bold stand to apologies for the atrocities committed by ancestors , there is no progress. Blacks are ready to forgive, move on and remove BEE policy. Instead, the white community is quick to cry foul on BEE yet they cant apologies. Healing starts with taking responsibility of the past genuinely so. This image of the video is a true reflection of the situation on the ground. We love whites wholeheartedly, but we hate their arrogance.

What diversity? It's mostly white people and a few black people. There are no Indians, Coloureds, or East Asians

The year was 2008, I was in first grade and the grade 7 choir sang this song. I can't remember the occasion but it was raining and the spiritual atmosphere was something indescribable. 16 years later, I still get chills whenever I think about that day.

I totally agree with you, especially the part where they echoed "Hosanna", their voice texture didn't do it for me...maybe the first guy was okay.
However, their melodic split at the end to create a triadic harmony was perfect.

How many of you noticed there was an Alto 1 and Alto 2 part? Listen carefully tot he Alto's towards the end with the sopranos and tenors...listen for the Dominant 7th before the cadence.

Olegario Olayo Martínez my school choir is doing this song for our spring concert. It’s written in 12/8, so it sounds almost like triplets in 4/4 and they’re clapping on the accented beats
