It might be too big for our archipelagic country, so perhaps if PN can secure 2 HMAS Anzac frigates from Australia, could be more affordable to maintain and operate. In my humble opinion the Australian ships are logical, but if our government decides on both UK Type 23 and Australian HMAS Anzac, why not? But please do not go beyond 5,000 tons for a large warship. Anything larger would be too expensive to crew, maintain, operate and arm. The bigger the warship, the bigger the target.
